Our current research interest lies with knowledge from basic physics, engineering, and biology. These pieces of knowledge from the multi-disciplinary subjects are integrated to develop advanced instruments/tools/science and engineering for diagnostic purpose.
Research Interest

Bio-Nanophotonics is one of the leading multi-disciplinary research areas where, particularly our lab-design and develop advanced optical-US tools/sensors/measurement protocol and algorithms within BioPhysics and Bioengineering to address the health-related problems such as angiogenesis in solid cancer, arthritis in joints, inflammation, etc. In that path, we work with PDEs, inverse problems, soft radiation, for example, EM wave, ultrasound, an optical signal, electrical current, etc and model the tissue functionality for diagnosing diseases in living subjects. The Lab will be equipped with a laser, electronics, RF techniques, ultrasound transducers, a high computing system for solving PDEs, inverse problems, etc. If your interest and skill sets are aligned with our research activities then please do not hesitate to write to us your willingness. In nutshell the keywords of our research activities are the following:

1. Algorithms, Soft radiation, and Physics
2. Next-generation, Hybrid microscopy
3. Engineering Physics and instrumentation & its design
4. Numerical methods for partial differential equations (EM-wave, Sound wave, diffusion equation, Radon transformations, etc)
5. Inverse problem and defect detection
6. RF signal processing
7. MRI
8. Electronics and design for DAQ development
9. 3D printing for multidisciplinary problems
10. Programming language and Machine learning, AI.
11. Multi-channel DAQ with FPGA for Sonar application.
